soooooo, any chance of this happening again? or maybe a group that meets regularly on a weekly basis? not too close to anyone that plays UFS. Not even sure if anyone in this state(MN) does. ha.

i'm going to try starting this weekend as this weekend is the last (Home) Football Game of the season and my plate should be clear by then, probably going to do them every Sunday, just gotta figure times out, probably 3pm(CST).

I noticed two to three things that are problematic with OCTGN as far as security goes (handing your IP address over to someone without knowing how to release it should someone with a minor inkling as to how OSPF packet bombs work could be a serious issue should someone feel malicious after a loss) Skype has similar issues. So outside of the scouts honor system I was wondering if there was a matchmaking system soon to be in place for OCTGN or in the pipeline? I'm interested in the tournament(s) as well as casual play but I noticed a distinct lack of people in the MIRC channel yall opened so I was wondering if someone had a ventrillo/teamspeak server set up. If not I would recommend Dolby Axxon as it is free, stable, and of high quality soundwise(Dolby Digital). Downside is lack of channels but thats easily remedied via private chats(through a friends list).

octgn(OLDER versions) yeah that's the problem, BUT if you're using 3.0 or later... it's built in to just start a game DIRECTLY over the internet and be open to anyone to join, w/o having to give out an IP, so that problem is fixed.

Are you guys looking into doing a tourney again for legacy on OCTGN? I'd love to play, I don't care if I get mopped up. I just want to play, I'll stay tuned to this thread for more info. Thanks!!

legacy more than likely not as not many people want to play it, it'll be either Standard or Old Dogs New Tricks 90% of the time.

Darn, I don't play standard at all. Well, is there anyone that wants to play Legacy in OCTGN in casual play?

you can make ANY deck you want in OCTGN though, that's how a few of us playtest our decks for ideas...
