    Post Red Horizon Campaign Rules

    General Campaign Rules

    1) At the start of a campaign, (or when joining one) each player selects a character that was in either the Red Horizon or Tides of Vengeance sets, including promotional characters with the Red Horizon logo printed on the card.

    2) Players must use a version of their chosen character for any games or challenges played as part of the campaign.

    3) Each week, a player may buy 1 or more booster packs of Red Horizon to enter that week's scenario. That player scores 1 campaign point just for entering.

    4) Weekly scenarios will vary, but typically will involve a match of UFS.

    5) If the player's deck contains at least 30 cards with the Red Horizon logo, they will earn 1 campaign point.

    6) The awarded points for winning the scenario will vary by week (please refer to the campaign scenario charts).

    7) At the end of the first campaign, the top 6 point earners will receive a play mat of their chosen character (if available). For players whose character's mat is not available, they may choose any of the other character mats, chosen in the order they placed in the campaign (so first place chooses first, then second and so on).

    8) After the second campaign, the top 8 point earners will receive a mat as per the above guidelines. Also, the player with the most combined points across the two campaigns will receive the Hell's Salvation mat as the overall campaign winner.

    9) Points will also be assigned to the Red Horizon characters themselves. The character that earns the most points worldwide after the campaign is finished will get a special story and a promotional card in the Red Horizon graphic novel series.

    10) If a scenario requires a player to play against another campaign participant and all of the other participants have finished their scenario challenge, the scout or store employee may be challenged
instead. The player may also challenge another player in the campaign that has already played but the challenged player will not receive any additional points for winning.

    11) All players may only attempt each week’s scenario 1 time to earn points. If they do not defeat the current week’s challenge, they will still be awarded any bonus points for playing.

    12) At the end of each week’s scenario, the scout or store employee needs to announce to all the players what the following week’s scenario will be so they can prepare their decks to play.

    13) All event results must be submitted after both campaigns are over, with player and character names, total points, and accomplishments to redhorizon@jascogames.com.

In summary, the character you choose determines which character you have to build your deck for, which play mat you will likely get, and which character you are earning points for in the world wide campaign.

Cool, glad this got posted on the forums. Question: Are both campaigns a full 12 weeks, or does the first campaign end after Fight the Tank and the second after Fight the Boss?

This is a 6 month long campaign, so you will be doing each challenge twice.

First 3 months will be Top 6, and the next 3 months will be Top 8, and winners will receive the corresponding play mats.
