I tried to ask in their facebook group a couple weeks ago, but no one came.

The Jasco Event page has an address and phone number, at least: https://jascogames.com/event/reno-ptc/

Let's make this a roll call thread! As far as I know, at the moment, I'm the only one coming from the East Coast. I know Vegas and Cali have got to be sending crews, right?

I believe there is about 8-12 people from vegas going . Shane and Jason will also be there. Though before I commit, I want to make sure that there will be 20 people going. So I would like to know how many people in the Reno playgroup and Bay Area play group planning on participating.

Sadly not. Unfortunately the store's in the mall, and the mall closes at 9. If the tournament ends up being a good deal faster than anticipated I don't see why not, but it isn't a wise thing to plan on.

Just a heads up. UFS tournaments are NOTORIOUS for running longer than planned so if the mall closes at 9 (which means we get booted at 9) then you're gonna need to be absolutely merciless in enforcing time and the running of the tournament is gonna need to be absolutely on point.

Baseline assumption is 5 rounds of standard at an hour each.
30 minutes to half an hour for lunch
20+ minutes in between each round to finish up the last rounds when TIME is called (because for some reason people take TIME being called as an excuse to suddenly play at their leisure), gather any idjits who didn't turn in their slips, verify results, etc.

AT LEAST 1 hour for catastrophic scenario(s) that inevitably occur.

Time is gonna be real tight.
