A receipt or purchase order dated within 30 days of the initial purchase is required for all returns.

All returns must be in new and unused condition and contain all original unopened packaging and accessories. Some items cannot be returned (i.e. boxes of cards with damaged, torn, or opened shrink wrapping). A form of personal identification may be required to initiate return of funds.

In most instances, Jasco can verify purchases made on a credit or debit card, Gift Card, or Paypal using our sales records.

All other returns, including those without a receipt, will be offered warranty exchanged if applicable.


Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase:

–    Credit Card Purchases: refund will be credited to the original credit card.
–    Jasco Gift Card Purchases: refund will be issued in the form of a Jasco Gift Card.
–    Gift Recipients: refund will be issued in the form of a Jasco Gift Card.
–    Paypal Purchases: refund will be credited to the original Paypal account.



Restocking Fees: All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping and handling costs.

 The appropriate tax amount (Texas State Sales Tax) will be included with your refund.

Discounts and Promotions: The refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount.

Holiday and Seasonal Merchandise Refunds: Holiday and seasonal merchandise on clearance at the time of return will be refunded at the current clearance price.
